Founder & President

Rachel Guerra is an award‑winning communications leader with more than 20 years of experience helping global organizations and mission‑driven communities tell their stories with clarity and impact. A former journalist, she has built a career translating complex priorities into compelling narratives that strengthen culture, elevate reputation, and engage audiences at every level.

Rachel has led executive and internal communications for companies including Xerox, Lockheed Martin, and Sikorsky—guiding high‑visibility initiatives, crisis response efforts, social impact programs, and enterprise storytelling that reached tens of thousands of employees.

As Founder and President of Guerra Media Group CT, she brings her strategic expertise and passion for purpose‑driven storytelling to nonprofits, faith‑based organizations, and corporate teams. Her work is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of communication to move missions forward.

A lifelong Connecticut resident, Rachel is also active in her community through local boards, youth coaching, and conservation initiatives. She holds a Master’s in Journalism from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Southern Connecticut State University.
